How does the process work?

We are a printable stationery shop which specialises in printable wedding stationery. This means once you’ve purchased your favourite design, we hand over the print ready PDF files so that you can organise printing yourself. This is a great way to keep costs down on your big day. We do offer a professional print service by request.

How do I order?

Simply click the “Shop” link on our front page which will direct you to our flagship Etsy shop. Choose the design of your choice, and simply follow the prompts. Be sure to add your details to the notes section at checkout, or simply email us directly at

What is the turn around times?

Our turn around time for printable orders is 5 business days. We may have the designs completed prior to this, but please allow 5 business days to be safe. If you require your files urgently, you may request a Rush order and you can purchase the rush order here –

For custom professional print orders, please allow 3 weeks for design, proofing, printing and delivery.

What format do I receive my files?

You will receive high resolution, 300 dpi PDF files complete with trim and bleed lines (where applicable). If you choose Vistaprint at checkout, the files will be delivered without trim marks.

By request, we can also provide JPEG files. Please place a note in your order if you would prefer a different file format.

Can I request a sample?

We can certainly send you a PDF sample of any of our designs. Please just send us a message and let us know which collection you are interested in.


Where can I print my files?

Our printable files are designed for printing at your local print shop or online printeries.

We recommend Vistaprint for best results and service. Alternatively, we can suggest Officeworks (Australia) or Staples (USA).

How do I print my large seating plan or welcome sign?

It’s really easy! Simply upload your signage artwork to any online printer. We suggest Officeworks (AU), Vista Print (AU & USA), Staples (USA) Each of these printers are able to print on various sizes so please double check which size you need to purchase from me ahead of time.

We also offer a professional sign print option in our store if you’d like us to look after it for you. Just ask!


We use our friends at Sendle to safely deliver your printed stationery to your home or workplace. All parcels are tracked, and are usually delivered within 3 business days. Please allow extra time for deliveries in rural areas.


Due to the custom nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds. Once you make your purchase, your order is final.
