What do you offer?

Professional Print Service - Design, Print & Delivery. The full luxe experience!
PRINTABLE - DESIGN ONLY
We handle the design only, provide you with print-ready PDF files which you will organise printing yourself either via your friendly local print shop or an online provider such as Officeworks or Vistaprint. We highly recommending supporting your small local print shop.
EDITABLE TEMPLATES - INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Using our super amazing web-based software Templett, we can offer editable templates that you can purchase, edit yourself and download to your PC, then organise printing via your local print shop. Each design includes a demo - try before you buy URL so you can test out the Templett software prior to purchase.

Do you offer Envelope Guest Address Printing?
All orders include blank envelopes. You can upgrade to Envelope Printing at checkout.

How many Invitation Sets should I order?
We recommend ordering at least an extra 10 sets of Invitations for extra guests you may wish to include after you receive your first round of RSVPs back.
Due to quantity minimums set by the printer, ordering a small amount of extras can be costly.
What is your minimum order quantity for Invitation sets?
For standard shape invitations, the minimum is 20 sets. For die cut shape invitations, the minimum is 40 sets.
Can I add Invitation Guest Names to our invitations?
Yes! There is an option at checkout to add this option.

Do you offer a printed sample of our invitation prior to placing an order?
Personalised printed samples for Digital Colour or White Ink printing are $35 per card required which includes delivery. Contact us for more information. Personalised samples are not available for Letterpress or Foil.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
We use Australia Express Post for pick up & delivery of all orders. A signature is requested on all packages, and if you are not available to sign - Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect at a convenient time.
All prices are marked in Australian Dollars. any import taxes or duty payable to government authorities. The customer is responsible for these charges. If you refuse to pay the relevant custom or government import charges (we cannot advise what they may be) and the product is returned to us, no refund is applicable.
Our packages are wrapped with sustainable packaging, and all items can be recycled. We may reuse packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your refund + return policy?
Due to the nature of our business, a refund of your order will only be granted within 24 hours of it being received provided we have not commenced your proof.
If you receive your stationery items and they are significantly different from your final proof we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge.
Please note all artwork is approved by you before printing commences, if you approved a mistake, please note we cannot take responsibility for this.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, or in the event of a cancelled event once payment has been made.
